At 9:30 on Sunday mornings, some Friends join together at Reedwood Friends Church for singing until about 9:55 AM. They use the Worship in Song hymnal.
Meeting for Worship: By 10:00 we settle into centering worship. If children are present for Children’s Program activities, two adults and the children will leave worship around 10:15.
Around 11:00 a member of the Spiritual Life Committee will close worship, and attendees have the opportunity to greet one another. We circle the room with introductions and announcements. If the Meeting is blended, the introductions include those attending by zoom. Those present in person may continue fellowship with snacks and beverages.
On the first, third and fifth Sundays of a month, Bridge City has a blended Meeting for worship (in person and on Zoom). On second and fourth Sundays, in person worship is plain (no Zoom connection); there is a separate Zoom-only option on these Sundays.
