This show (free entry) at the Oregon Jewish Museum (ojmche.org) is a fiber installation by Bonnie Meltzer. It encompasses the pandemic, citizen action, voting rights, immigration and social justice. The central feature is a parachute, symbol of safety, which has been torn. Bonnie will meet with five or more people to talk about it, answer questions, encourage us to help mend the work. Sidne knows the artist and has attended the show. She highly recommends it and would happily go again. You could go on your own or talk with Sidne about forming a group to go together.
