The early discount registration period is ending soon (May 31.)

The annual session of NPYM will once again be held at the University of Montana. The dates are July 14 -18, 2010. This year the theme of our sessions will be: "Practicing Hope: Living and witnessing our testimonies". I do hope many Friends can join us for all or part of the Annual session this year. We now have registration materials available.

Our Friend in Residence will be Bridget Moix, who will address our theme with us in both formal and informal ways during our 4 days together. Below is some background information about Bridget.

Bridget has spent the last 15 years engaged in active service with Quaker peace organizations. She currently works with the Friends Committee on National Legislation, where she leads the Peaceful Prevention of Deadly Conflict program. She has also served in various capacities with the American Friends Service Committee, the Quaker United Nations Office, Casa de los Amigos in Mexico City, the Quaker Peace Centre in South Africa, and the Clarence and Lily Pickett Endowment for Quaker Leadership. Bridget credits her service with Friends organizations, the Quaker principle of putting faith into action, and many mentors who have guided her along the way for shaping her personal, professional, and spiritual journey.

Re: Annual Session registration
Online Registration is available and is working well, however it is still possible for Friends who are not interested in internet registration to register via post.

Financial aid is available see documents on the website explanation of that process.
